There are three ways you can have your question answered:
- Email. Send an email
- Call live during the show (most calls are selected and you will speak to Dr. Kenner directly, usually after only a short wait.) You can change your name for privacy. Dr. Kenner speaks with her callers in a gentle and friendly manner. She is never abrupt, harsh or dominating. If you call early in the hour you probably will not have to wait long.
Call any Saturday between 11am-noon Eastern time. The live toll-free number is 877-375-3663. Also, a live call is better for you because, due to the many factors possibly involved, she would be able to ask you some questions in order to develop an appropriate context for an answer.
- Call any time other than Saturday between 11am-noon Eastern time. You will hear a recording. Ignore the recording and ask your question. Leave your email address or phone number so you can be notified if your question is selected and how to hear the answer.
Please remember, Dr. Kenner's answer IS NOT THERAPY. It is meant to be a guide as to what directions you can take in seeking help. It can not replace a one-on-one relationship with a mental health professional.
IMPORTANT..... Dr. Kenner does not take calls regarding suicide, medication, legal issues or any matter that threatens life or property and you must contact a local mental health professional, lawyer, doctor or the police if this is the case.
You may also e-mail the show's producer with questions not involving advice from Dr. Kenner. |
